Selective blocker of the TTX-sensitive Na+ channels‚ without influence on the activation threshold of Na+ channels; potent antiarrhythmic; the activity of Lappaconitine hydrobromide is independent of the potential level and of the stimulus intensity; presents weak affinity at brain α-Bungarotoxin-sensitive nAChR.
