  • Molecular Weight : 4296 Da.

  • Solubility in : well in saline.

  • Purity min. : 98.5 % (HPLC)

  • Storage recommendations : Charybdotoxin (native) is packaged under Argon and the amount of protein as determined by UV spectra was checked after repartition and lyophilisation by amino acid analysis. The mean variation percentage in weight is less than 5%. lyophilized Charybdotoxin (native) can be kept at 4 °C. It should be reconstituted in saline solution (about 150 mM salt is recommended); use only glass or pyrex but not plastic containers, as it has a tendency to stick to different kinds of materials at low salt concentration. Though exceptionnally stable (3), the unused peptide should then be relyophilized or stored at -20 °C.
