Biological Activity

Nicotinic AChR : less active than Tetraethylammonium (TEA) and Tetramethylammonium (TMA).


Acetylcholinesterase: TMA Ki = 187mM; TEA‚ 104 mM; QBu‚ 5.1 mM

Lipid bilayer modifier.
