  • Biological Activity : selectively inhibits the Ca-induced Ca2+ release mechanism from sarcoplasmic reticulum in guinea pig skeletal muscle, only at physiological temperature (38°C), under various conditions. (50 µM at low temperature (20 °C) does not inhibit this mechanism) [1].

  • Toxicity (LD50) : mice (i.v.): > 7 g/kg
