Biological activity

It acts on certain subtype of 5HT receptors, is an analeptic of CNS and a tocolytic.
Field of use as a new chemical and pharmacological class of analeptics and tocolytics.
Recommended doses: 0.3-2.0 mg/kg (i.v.)
Recommended concentrations: 3.10-6 - 2.10-5 g/ml
