CONANTOKIN-G-1MG
Product ID L8511-1MG
Name CONANTOKIN-G-1MG
Molecular formula C88H138N26O44
Description
A 17 amino-acids peptide , synthetic, initially isolated from the venom of the Geographer cone snail Conus geographus.
Biological activity

Conantokin-G selectively inhibits NR2B containing N-methyl-D-aspartate receptors (NMDAR) with a high specificity. Induces sleep-like symptoms in young mice and hyperactivity in older mice.
