C19-diterpenoid alkaloid , from plants of the Ranunculaceae family.
Biological activity

Deltaline is 2-2.5 times more active than quinidine and less toxic than this alkaloid. The effective antiarrhythmic dosage intravenously in mammals (rats, cats, dogs) is 10-15 mg/kg.
